Accounts and access

School administrators are responsible for maintaining authorized accounts, protecting login credentials and ensuring records entered into the platform are accurate and lawfully collected.

Permitted use

Use the service for legitimate school administration. Do not attempt unauthorized access, disruption, abuse or unlawful processing of personal information.

Subscriptions and payments

Subscription pricing depends on student limits and selected billing duration. Taxes, discounts and the final payable amount are shown before checkout where supported. Payment processing may be provided by Razorpay.

School records

Schools remain responsible for the records they submit and for responding to appropriate parent or student requests. APPU SCHOOL provides software tools for managing those records.

Service changes

Features may be updated or temporarily unavailable during maintenance. We may update these terms by publishing revised terms.
